Our Philosophy
At The Dance Academy, we believe that every child should be able to access and enjoy dance. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students to explore their creativity and develop their skills through fun and enjoyable classes.
Our Curriculum
Our syllabus is designed to provide a well-rounded dance knowledge that includes technique, creativity, and performance skills. We offer classes in ballet, tap, acrobatics and signing. We also offer opportunities for our students to participate in exams with the National Performing Arts Alliance NPAA and performances throughout the year. Our under age 4 students use the Melody Movement syllabus.
Our Community
We pride ourselves on building a strong and inclusive dance family at The Dance Academy. Our students and teachers support and encourage each other, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere. All our classes come with no pressure and a nurturing environment for the children.
